im having the duppel now in bottle, quite dissapointed. very subdued flavours. Nothing wrong with it but as bland a dubbel as ive had.

the double ipa is really great, lovely hop freshness from it. bit sweeter and less harsh than foam and fury.

I love the imperial range idea and the labels are really nice looking.

A Winters Ale 5.2%
A German ale with Belgian influences. Expect spicy phenols from the Abbey yeast backed up by Eucalyptus notes from the Polaris hops and a hint of mandarin with a long dry finish.

Dark Night 5.7% ( one of my recipes =D )
A rich, dark ale with a mouth filling mix of roast barley, bramble & black currant notes. A slightly sweet malty character balanced by an earthy & pleasantly fruity hoppiness.

Recommended to be poured with a sparkler to fully appreciate the nose.
