I'm carbonating the keg now as we speak-I'll give youse a list of destinations tomorrow. Cask will be ready early next week and will be in all the usual cask spots in Dublin, Galway, cork and that pub in Roscommon

Trouble Brewing have a Cherry Chocolate Stout on the go now as well.

Winters Ale went out for delivery today, Portlaois beer festival is a definite for it, Dublin delivery tomorrow.
5.2% Nice Belgian nose, beautiful copper hue to it, more carb than normal, eucalyptus from the Polaris hops, spicy phenols from the yeast.

The three Eight Degrees beers are due on tap in The Norseman tomorrow and Cam will have them open for tasting at Baggot Street Wines on Friday evening.
