I can't remember the taste of Friar Weisse accurately as it's a while since I've had it. Is it a hop flavour or could be a character of the yeast? Normally with Weissbier it's the latter.

Been a while since i had it, don't remember the citrus taste. maybe they have start using of of the American C hops
