Ah happy days. Ill look forward to going down for some grub. I wonder will they have their Speidel on display or how the brew house will be set up in the premises! Good times for food & drink in Cork!!

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the kind words. We're almost there and feel very lucky to be able to open the doors after a fair few years of planning. We've tried to make sure everything is perfect, but the whole adventure has made us realise how much we don't know and has further increased the esteem in which we hold those who've been brewing successfully for a few years. Hope you all enjoy the beers, the food and the restaurant as much as we've enjoyed putting it together so far. Please say hello when you do visit.
