I bought a slab of 24 for €60 in Martin's.

I guess Drinkstore.ie, with the discount, would have been another good way to go.

I like Metalman a lot and would prefer to buy cans rather than bottles, but they are simply the most expensive option. Sorry to say I won't be buying any.

that works out at €2.50 a can which seems to be the default pricing for cans of craft around town. I know Redmonds do 4 for €10 on Founders and Camden cans.

Lowest abv beer there as well.

But expecting it to be 2 euro a can, would be completely unreasonable of me. That would be too cheap.

Guess we'll just have to wait for 8 Degrees to start canning...500 ml style.

I don't really begrudge 2.50-2.70 a can.

There *is* an advantage in storage terms versus bottles. Small thing but lately if I can I buy cans. My house and fridge is already chock a block with stuff.
