Thought I'd start a thread, separate from the volunteer sign up thread, where we can chat about the breweries, recommendations on specials etc.

Personally, looking forward to trying any of the newer breweries stuff as well as Rocketship from Black's, and I see 8 Degrees have a saison and Scottish ale as well. The Metalman in the new home of the North County Brewers a.k.a. 44 Main Street, Swords is EPIC!

Independent have 4 festival specials including a cherry red- barrel aged red with a load of cherries thrown in. Rascals have a lemon saison. Also looking forward to Black Donkey's Van Demon.
