We also brewed our third beer recently in celebration for a one day festival called Dublin City Block Party on the Sunday of the bank holiday. It was a Belgian Wit Beer we did with Cathal and Emma again, similar to their delicious Wit Woo but with a different grain bill and hops.
Hopefully going to brew something in the Brown ale category next and also doing a little research on Hemp ales in celebration of our weekly reggae night called Sim Simma that brings people of all beer and peace loving nations under one roof. Also hosting a bar at The Big Grill Festival showcasing some of the interesting international beers available at the moment in Ireland.
I know you guys know a lot of avid homebrewers, if anybody ever has a recipe they'd like to brew with us on a 1000Litre batch, send em our way, door always open to ideas. We are by no means experts at this, learning all the time and above all have a passion for great beer.
