In terms of what shane has mentioned, That is exactly how i find myself brewing in a brewery today. I was taken on through Jobbridge, and my internship is just about over, I will sit the IBD exam in May, and although the funding was cut for the exam, the brewery paid for it and have been assured of my position in the company.

It is by no means easy to work for an extra €50 per week on your payment. You will be put through your paces and your patience and energy will be tried on a daily basis but if you can stick it out it will be well worth it.

Hope you find something suitable.[/quote:i4wom9sr]

Dave,

That is fantastic information, and I will absolutely try to follow in those footsteps. What I'm looking at now are a few different paths leading to the same eventual outcome I suppose, FAS, Jobbridge, and Skillsnet. Hopefully one of them will have an opportunity, and as I said to Reuben, I don't care about the pay, that's not why I want to work in a brewery. I want to do this because I love it, if I could choose do to any profession in the world it would be brewing. Thanks again for the info, hopefully something will come soon, I hate not working.
