Kinsale brew hop poll 12 years 3 months ago #1

These are the hop choices pulled from suggestions in the other thread[/url:f6w4n6tl].

They're all pretty fruity, except maybe Simcoe.

We have never said, but I assume we're talking about aroma/late hops; though these are all high alpha/dual purpose.

I've also included a general choice for Southern Hemisphere hops, even though Sam has said they're not easy to get, just in case we fancy our chances.

Choose up to 3.

Only people who are involved in the brew vote please.

I mentioned cascade way back in the other thread, can we put that on the poll or is everyone sick of cascade ales?
I was also going to suggest apollo for bittering.

Personally, I don't need to taste a hop I've been drinking since 1995.

Anyone else feel differently?

Not me. How could we hold up our heads up as insufferable beer anoraks if we turned out a beer made with Cascade? May as well do a 1.040 Irish red. On nitro.

Bit of a turnaround there TBN, in the other thread you said
"Are we all done with recipes, then? I'm certainly happy with Nigel's."
Which was "Hopped with Chinook centennial Amarillo and cascade to 138IBU"

Just sayin, between me and the 2 recipes suggested there are 3 votes for cascade to be in there somewhere. So maybe it should be on the poll.
