I just bought a few beers and have decided to test my willpower by aging some of them. <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="

I was wondering if any had any tips with regard how long I should age the following;
Porterhouse Celebration 7% and 11%
O Haras Leann Folláin
Orval
Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Barleywine 2013
Anchor Steam Old Foghorn Barleywine
"Special Export" by a rather well known Dublin brewery (Don't hate me! <!-- s:oops: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_redface.gif" alt="

" title="Embarassed" /><!-- s:oops: --> )
I also have a meantime chocolate porter and Robinson's Old Tom Chocolate Ale. Although these are 6.5% and 6% and have read that 7% should be the starting point.
Any tips or personal experience would be greatly appreciated
