Looks like a worthwhile purchase for anyone thinking of trading up from kits to extract.

Definitely a worthwhile purchase for anyone thinking of trading up from kits to extract. In fact, I'd say if you want to skip the kits all together, that won't be a problem - it really is a nice, accessible beginners guide.

Thanks for the feedback. The proof of the pudding is in the eating - there's still a few bottles left of the ale I brewed using it: I'll have to bring them along to the next Beoir meet.
