It was actually a lot of fun compiling the glossary, and a great opportunity to give something back to the ICB community, from whom I've learnt so much. I hope it proves useful!

Nice job. One addition to translate a term heard more often on this side of the pond:

BMC: Acronym used in the states to generically describe light, watery, vaguely pilserish beer brewed by the large macro brewers. From Budweiser-Miller-Coors.
