Does PhpBB have the ability to allow users to upload an image as an attachment directly like Vbulletin (such as boards.ie) does?

I can not remember, it has been years since I set up a PhpBB forum.

Anyway if so, it would be a handy feature and save me all the extra steps of uploading images to another server and then linking to it.

Just a thought but I am pretty lazy sometimes and like to be able to upload directly without dealing with 3rd party sites or interfaces.

Nope, we don't have that. We've tried to minimise the amount of images hosted on ICB because it was slowing down the back-ups really badly.

Ah, there is method to the madness then.
That is grand, I will just suck it up and do the few extra clicks.
