It costs £570 Sterling and it is very much aimed at cask conditioned ale, microbrewery start-up, in the UK.

They give you a good overview of the process of brewing cask conditioned ales, from a commercial standpoint, but it would not be a good course to learn how to brew better beers at home. I could teach you more if you joined me for a standard brew day.

The best thing to do is to buy Palmer's How to Brew <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="www.howtobrew.com/">www.howtobrew.com/ and read it. It's still my main reference book.
