I'm booked in for the August session and can't wait. I'm even more excited having read the article. I think they offer a course on bottling beer as well which would be handy because the cask situation over here is not terribly good, as we all know.

Exactly what I was thinking. It's bottels or kegs in Ireland. You're wasting your time trying to sell casks here.

how much was the course? and is it predominantly aimed at starting up a microbrewery or did you learn more general brewing things that you can use in the home? Not sure I'd want to take it to a brewery yet, although who knows... figure though that if it no longer is a hobby then it may become a chore....
