Is that list still relevant does anyone know? Is it up to date? <!-- s:o --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_surprised.gif" alt="" title="Surprised" /><!-- s:o -->[/quote:2gs5cr2q]
Dublin Brewing Company closed down permanently in 2004. You can go peer in the windows of the old brewery on North King Street -- the tasting bar is still in place. Le Coq Hardi and Chief O'Neill's are both long gone too.

Oh, so that D'Arcy's Chocolate Stout has nothing to do with them? <!-- s:( --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_sad.gif" alt="" title="Sad" /><!-- s:( -->
I saw an old poster for something called D'ARcy's Stout in Porterhouse once...

Ah right... so whomever owns the D'Arcy brews name is importing other stuff and sticking the old logos on it? I see.
Cheers for the link to that thread. "don't bother asking Sin É staff..." seems to be good advice!
More secrecy that I think you mentioned before. I don't think the D'ARcy's stuff could be Porterhouse's Truffle though. Just doesn't have the same amount of chocolate wham!
Vaguely related. there is a site here
<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="www.perfectpints.com/">www.perfectpints.com/
for rating pubs. If you have a particular favorite it might be worth adding/rating. The Perfect pints guy joined ICB so he seems interested int he craft end of beer.
