I have a feeling I know the answer but anyway, what are the chances I'll find decent beer in Santa Ponsa?

Aye as expected was hoping someone maybe knew even a local lager that was average. Oh well I'll just drink the sea water so.

Stick to the Rum, Spain has a very good selection.

I've never been to Santa Ponsa; I've stayed in Puerto Pollensa in the north of the island a few times and there is an 'English' shop which stocked a great range of bottled ales, the last time I was there it was limited to a handful though. It's probably too far from Santa Ponsa to make a trip looking for booze. In common with most of the Spanish resorts you will be restricted to the likes of San Miguel or Cruzcampo although you may find some of the bars will have the likes of Franziskaner or Paulaner Weiss to cater for the German tourists.
