I suppose it would be Seán's Bar for a pint; you get boat people in there. A bit touristy but nice. If you were willing to drive, I've heard that the Yew Tree restaurant in Lecarrow (on road to Roscommon town, about 10 miles) is very good. Phone 090-6661255.
