Getting logged out

Looks like its happening again!!

When I leave the computer for an hour or so, come back, click on "View New Posts" I get a login request!!

Any body else suffering this?

If I shut the window down and re-enter via the history then I am still logged in!!

This is getting tedious!!

Go away for half an hour or so ( am brewing up an all grain Hefe Dunkel Weissen ) and get logged out!!

Not happening here.

Is it happening on any other authenticated sites you use? Are you definitely ticking the "Log me on automatically each visit" box if logging in through the forum? Have you tried going in via the home page, ticking the "Remember me" box?

Keeps happening to me on and off,yesterday it asked me to log in as I was moving between new posts.I am using safari and wonder is that the problem.I also use AVG anti virus.

I haven't been able to use autologin for about 6 months or so. People did give some advice re what the issue could be, but nothing worked. Works perfectly with all other forums I visit.

I suspect that if the main site login cookie expires it'll knock you off the forum, and that won't change until you go back to the main site again a create a new cookie there.
