Hi, I have been enjoying this site for the last few months and making my first few brews.

I recently had a problem with some yeast and some members of the site, including site admin Sbillings helped me out over a few posts and PM's. Although these communications where effective the use of an Instant messaging system would of sped this process up. IS this something that you could look at including on the site.

you could use gabbly to chat...simply type gabbly.com/ in front of the url for this site (or any site) and it will load up a chat window. The person you wantt o chat to would also have to do this but that can be set up using PM to let them know you're on
