Wiki? 19 years 1 week ago #1

Hi, a quick suggestion - how about adding a wiki to the site for stuff which needs to be constantly live - e.g. a list of current prices of the online shops, (grapengrain are notoriously bad for keeping their website up to date), howtos, recipes etc.
Just a thought

I don't know how, but I only just saw this now!

It's a possibility allright, but much of the things like how-tos etc are accomodated by the CMS. Not a free-for-all edit fest, but more like articles so you an see how some people do things and pick the bits you like. I would hope people will contribute to this.

I was going to do a price-watch article which I was going to update every month or so that would basically look at prices of common items accross a selection of popular online stores. I like making tables of numbers But more often than not people just browse the stores anyway, but if it'd be useful I'll ask members to suggest items and stores. The planned review section can also cover user experiences of online stores, including prices.

By coincidence, Séan has been secretly working on tidying up the G'n'G catalog for them (well, for us actually) with a view of putting it up on the site (in link form at the very least), so stay tuned.
