A Monaghan based manufacturing firm are looking for suggestions to use their empty industrial space for a new enterprise.
The available industrial space is 20,000 sq ft in total, all under high roof and concrete floors. The space is in good condition and forms part of a larger building including a furniture retail outlet and manufacturing unit which are fully operational. There are offices and parking also available for a suitable project. The site is situated on the outskirts of Monaghan Town.
The company welcomes general enquiries and also proposals or partnerships with firms or individuals with relevant expertise. Types of ideas could include (but not limited to) manufacturing, horticulture, aquaculture, training centre, nursery etc. The firm is prepared to invest in any suitable project subject to it being cost neutral (or better!) in the long run or projects that might help to bring additional public traffic to the site which will positively help the firms retail side.
