TESCO in Clare hall has just stocked 12 ft of shelving with all sorts of brewing equipment from demi's and brew buckets to water treatment and sterilizers. They have a nice selection of beer and wine kits. Handy to be able to run in and pick up bits and pieces that you might suddenly need on a brew day.

Tesco in Finglas also have HB gear in stock.

Maynooth is the same. I have to wonder what affect it will have peoples perception on craft and homebrew beer? Naas has had a stock for a while but only time I was there looked like the kits had been there a while.

Also not sure about the marketing stratregy. Looking at the gear and the price then going to other end and seeing macro beer €20 euro for 20 bottles average joe would not be that interested??? I may be proved wrong...
