Fittings for CO2 Tanks 13 years 9 months ago #1

Hope I am posting in the correct place here.

I recently picked up two CO2 cylinders which you can see here
[url:1m1pg7bj]http://www.beoir.org/community/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=8605[/url:1m1pg7bj] (Thanks Rossa)

I am now looking for fittings to connect to my kegs. I am unsure of the connection on the cylinders. Could someone let me know if they recognise them. I think that they may be 3/8 BSP but I am not 100% sure. Also does anyone know where I may find the parts to connect these upto my corny kegs?

I am hoping that this regulator[url:1m1pg7bj]http://www.weldingtorchparts.co.uk/items/regulators_flowmeters/regulator_co2_1-4.html[/url:1m1pg7bj] may do the trick?

Thanks for the help
Rob

Have a look at this one, they're in Cork so delivery might be cheaper. Looks better than than my one which was €35.

Found these earlier thanks Chris. They appear to be in Rathcoole Dublin. Do you know are all CO2 tanks 5/8" BSP? Not sure of fitting on otherside of regulator though.

Was just talking to wholesalewelding and they have confirmed that the input into the regulator is 5/8" BSP while the output is 3/8" BSP. I have ordered and will post an update when I recieve and fit to the tank.
