What do we do about collecting and paying?

I work in Dublin City University, live beside Grand Canal Dock Dart station and get a bus between the two every day for work. So I can easily meet people anywhere along that route any day during the week.

If meeting in Dublin is too far out of the way I'm sure I can post the vials and use paypal.
