Wanted: Cornie Equipment (Fittings, Regs, Taps, etc) 14 years 2 months ago #1

Hi Folks,

I got two cornies with the bulk buys but was mad busy since and had to put them and all brewing activities aside since <!-- s:oops: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_redface.gif" alt="" title="Embarassed" /><!-- s:oops: -->

Anyway, about to step up to extract & steeping brewing and I'd love to put these into my keg(s).

So if anyone has any spare/unwanted bits and bobs they'd be willing to trade for some money i'd be interested in:

Disconnects (in & out)
Tap(s) with flow control
C02 Regulator
C02 Cylinder

You don't need to have the whole lot, I'll take bits and pieces as they come.

Cheers

Rory

I (and many others) got disconnects from this guy on ebay.

I paid just over 20 euro for 2 sets. Theyre in the US but I got mine in less than a week and that was coming up to christmas so theyre speedy enough.

Your best bet for the cylinder is probably munster co2 in cork or D&D in dublin if you're ever up this way (was in there today getting a refill, they've piles of them).
Might have to go on the web for the reg.

I have a spare, second hand, flow control tap - I'd let it go for 25 euro - the nut for tightening it onto wherever you're mounting it, is missing, but ya might pick one up in a hardware shop.
You're in limerick though, so you'd have to organise delivery. You might get an offer from someone more local or someone who has all the kit in one go.

Hi James,

I've seen the regs on my beer and wine and I'll more likely use munster c02 as i'm often down in cork. Cheers for the links for the disconnects too btw.

If you still don't have the tap gone by easter weekend i'll take it off you then as I'll be up in dublin on sat 07/04/12.

Where abouts in the pale are you?

Hi Phill,

Where are you based? Thinking we could co-operate on this to reduce shipping costs if you're anywhere near?

I'm in Limerick but also Cork quiet frequently
