Group Buy: Stainless Steel Beer Taps... Gauging interest 14 years 4 months ago #85

What I'm going to do is buy 100 taps myself. That way we get a decent discount, and we're not waiting ages to get 100 subscribers. I will then sell them on to people as they want them. I don't plan to profit from the transaction, but I maqy round up to the nearest euro for simplicity.

They are Celli FC2 look-alikes, lager/ale version, and made in you know where! They look like this:
<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="www.cateringparts.ie/Products/CHROMEPLAT...NSATOR__3357032.aspx">www.cateringparts.ie/Products/CH ... 57032.aspx

I should be picking them up on Friday.

As far as I know it's everything. At the back of the tap is a JG fitting, so you can hook it straight up.

Sound man, where do I send the Christmas Card <!-- s:lol: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt=":lol:" title="Laughing" /><!-- s:lol: -->

I'll be first in so and take three ale/lager from you - can get my stout tap down the line.

As you say this could take a while to ramp up to 100 taps "organically".

PM me if you need to re dosh, etc.

Perfect Tube, I was going to bow out of this because I won't have the cash till after Xmas. I'll be in touch in the new year for 3 regular ones if they're still going....

Also be in line for 2 stout ones as they come available.

Thanks,
Colin.

Shane,
You need to check with them as the specification says that it is a 5/8" ( which is BSP ) thread. Taps are usually supplied without a JG or barbed fitting.

Check with Brian at BTI Engineering ( I PM'd you the details last week ) as to a 100 price if catering parts are too expensive.

I think the JG part number is: PI451215FS

Cheers

Will

You might be right Will, but I picked up (maybe incorrectly) from the conversation that they're ready to roll as they are.
