Why are they so expensive in Ireland?

Most Homebrew supplies are on a par roughly with UK prices.
The price of basic pressure barrels and king kegs seem greatly inflated, almost twice the price in some cases. Anyone have an explanation for this?

My guess would be shipping. They are quite bulky.

No bulkier than Fermenter buckets which are roughly on a par pricewise.

Not the youngs ones with the narrow neck - are they any cheaper in the UK?

€19 here compaired to the equivelent of around €16, so yeah not the same price gap.
