when ziplocking them, zip the lock almost all the way across and then use a big heavy book to push down on them and squeeze out the air, then close the lock. it works almost as well as vac packing

Okay, three hours later, one dirty smelly kitchen later and one very annoyed SWMBO later, i have most of the hops bagged into ziplock bags 250grams each (missing three more bags, shopping time again tomorrow).
James is calling out at the weekend to collect for the SOUTHERNERS, i'll arrange with Eoin to drop off his hops, so that leaves young Richard from Skerries. Where can we meet up?

Darnit! I have received my 1kg each today - not marked which one is which! One smells more hoppy with a hint of lemon (to my untrained nose at least), the other is definitely more grassy. I assume the first one is marynka (aroma/bitt.), the other magnum (bitt. only). Please, please, help.

8kg in 250g bags? Wow. I've managed to put 1kg in 50g ones and I'm seriously concerning selling the other kilo.
