most important factors are
1: in the dark- light fecks with the hop resins
2: airtight - oxegen stales them
3: cold temps are important too

obviously they should be dry also


so a freezer is ideal but clogging freezer space can get you in trouble, so at least until spring, outside sheds are a good temp, as long as you vac pack them or at least use ziplock bags and squeeze all the air out, and seal them up in the dark.

Another thing: logistics. If seller takes PayPal or credit card, I can pay for the whole, if bank transfer only - I'm not able to make it before 4pm to the bank unfortunately. It would be more convenient if the person distributing the stuff would collect the money, too.
