kenmc Offline Posts: 1748	Don't think that'd work, the weight of 2 full cornies in the top section, even if they fit, would probably be too heavy for the fridge floor. Then there's the problem of lifting 20+kg cornies up into the fridge section.

I was just the other day looking at a youtube video of a fella with an electric winch set up for lifting kegs into his chest freezer kegerator. Aldi/lidl were selling winches not so long ago for 80 i think. dont think they were electric.
ya could stick some support in the bottom to stop ur kegs goin through the floor.

Been a few fridges on <a class="postlink" href="www.freetradeireland.ie">www.freetradeireland.ie recently.

connolly Topic Author Offline Posts: 34	Ya wasn't too sure if it would work. I think if I was to put one together I would get one of the small fridges and have the taps coming out of the top istead of the door (If the kegs would fit).

Will most fridges be able to lager down to 1 degree, or will I need a freezer to hit those temps? -Actually I'm opening a new thread on this.. Adam
