Shane, Have you thought of stocking the White Labs liquid yeast vials?

I could get White labs, but would not be viable to have it along with the wyeast. So it would be one or the other. It would work out more expensive to buy I think also. What are peoples preferences?

well I only ever used white labs once, back before I discovered HBC, or maybe before ye existed, and as I remember it is directly pitchable to 20L, which is handy. Also the phials are pretty cool and reusable. On the other hand they seem to be fairly much the same range, from the same strains etc as the www.mrmalty.com/yeast.htm chart shows. Is there really any reason to prefer one over the other?

had been planning to reculture Saison Dupont yeast, but HBC kindly added '3724 Belgian Saison' to the yeast range, and has saved me the bother.
Nice one HBC
