Hi my name is Alex.

I have worked in the brewing and distilling industry for 15 years in North America, Asia and Europe. I am putting this post up because of growing interest for my advice.

I have helped Brewers with starting up, trouble shooting, process changes and developing their beers for new markets. Most recently I have helped The White Gypsy in Templemore, Beoir Chorca Dhuibhne in Dingle, and The Smithwicks brewery in Kilkenny.

I have brewed award winning beers and whiskey for some of the largest and smallest people in the market. I have an MSc in brewing and distilling from Heriot-Watt University and a Diploma in Distilling from the IBD. I am confident that I can help you. I have talked with Oliver and Peter about the distillery in Dingle.

I am working for Cooley distilling so I am not looking for a job at the moment. I put the post up on the board because over the last year a few people have approached me looking for help. I thought this was a little better than just having people get in touch by word of mouth.
