Hi All,
I did my first extract last weekend and am following it up this weekend with my second, only issue is that I cooked the probe on my digi thermometer. It's looking like I had it too deep in the wort while boiling and long story short I was wondering why despite immersion chiller that my wort was not going below 42 degrees, when I removed the probe the thermometer is now stuck on 39 degrees, so it won't go lower.
I need a new one, any idea where I can get such a thing in a bricks and mortar shop?
