that makes the next decision easy so,
I was swaying towards the 750ml, but I'll stick to the 500ml so!

Anyone ever use coopers carbonation drops, or am I better sticking to sugar/Glucose?

I like the 750 ml size - a pint is just not enough and two pints is too much. 750 is about right. IKEA sell 750 ml glasses which is OK if you dont have a lot of head but I usually decant first into a large glass jug and then into a pint glass so no sediment problems.

Are these flip-tops from Russell brown or clear glass? -I definitely need some more and I'm going to be at the Expo but I have reservations about clear glass...

The larger bottles are great for tasting nights and also for a swift bottling session but I agree that often there is too much in a large swing top when you want to crack a bottle just for yourself. I usually bottle with a mix of large and small swing tops.
