Yes, they are 1 gallon demis. They're good for at least 4 litres if doing a primary in them. Great for small test brews. I gave a few to Freedgull a while back and he's being doing just that since, and all pretty successfully (yum). I've also found them very useful for making starters.

sounds good. how would one organise a collection of such items...would one maybe like a bottle or two as a tasty payment of sorts?
