Coolio. Wasn't sure about posting in other treads. Both Beoir and NHC have been hugely supportive and have helped us immensely from day one. Advise from members on both forums (forae?) still keeps us pointed in the right direction.

We are developing both a red ale kit, and a new range of extract kits also possibly including a red ale. For the kit, we would love to hear comments on how to improve the best of the existing ones. Ours will have hop pellets for dry hopping for example, so that should offer some possibilities?
