The Craft Range Has Arrived
A revolution in the making, these are the next generation of kits. Once you get your hands on these, you will be satisfied with no other. The Craft Range Cider Kits are now available. And the 4 new Craft Range Beer kits are here too. Like the cider kits, these really are special. Over 80 malt extracts were tested with dozens of new yeast strains to arrive at these new kits. The malt extracts are also available separately. In particular, the new light LME 1.2 Kg is perfect as a brewing adjunct for any beer kit; its a special malt that ferments very cleanly so that you don't get the cider off flavors associated with sugar. And because it fully ferments, it doesn't add too much body to the beer. We were among the first in the first in the world to develop these next generation products. We think thats really cool, and gives a real sense of where we are in Ireland - right up there with the very best worldwide.
