Christmas Eve at the Porter House 17 years 5 months ago #1

I spotted the other day that all own brew at the Porter House is 4 quid a pint on Christmas Eve.

It would make for a pleasant evening with an early finish. Sadly there is no Night Link service on Christmas Eve so it scuppers things for those living out of town.

last bus is around 9pm too.

Is it just Porterhouse in town or is it Porterhouse North as well?

Is Porterhouse Bray included in the madness?
Its not exactly a massive drop in their prices, and Im surprised no-one has made the 'not promoting responsible drinking' theme... yet...

I spotted in the Parliament Street branch, and didn't note any posters in the Glasnevin one later in the weekend.

I had a pint or two in PH Parliament Street the other evening. I noted that they also have a promotion called "12 days to Christmas" or somesuch. They feature one of their brews and one featured bottled beer for €4 each. When I was in; it was Temple Brau and Kwak.

I noted that it was unseasonably quiet!
