How to make a nice Indian curry. 16 years 1 week ago #1

I'm trying to keep up the output on my blog so the last two posts have been food related.

Here's my latest one on making a nice curry.

They look great. I must try something similar. The curry book I have seems to involve gallons of oil but yours sound pretty healthy.

Where do you get the steel dishes ? Obviously optional but I like the look of them.

They're thali dishes, I got them in an Indian kitchen ware shop on Moore street. It's in the rental units on the side of the ILAC, can't remember the name of it, I got the masala dabba in the same place.

The Indian kitchen is not very healthy it has to be said, they deep fry a lot of stuff. I tend to avoid that as much as I can, but a pekora is still a nice thing to eat now and again.
