I'm am wondering if it is ok to prepare food for public consumption in a commercial kitchen with homemade beer/wine.

Probably not, I'd say. There wouldn't be a tax issue as no excise duty is payable on alcohol used for making food, but I'd have thought the place of production would have to be certified in the same way as the commercial kitchen is. If the beer/wine was made [i:t2kjy2r0]in[/i:t2kjy2r0] that kitchen, I don't see a problem.

Tricky one, homebrew is for personal consumption.
Brook Lodge have odd foraged things fermenting on their bar but I'd think it's more Revenue turning a blind eye. Rules are pretty straightforward when it comes to homebrew;
1. Brewed at Home
2. No commercial consideration

Tbh I think it depends on the level that you are operating at, best person to advise is your local Revenue officer.
Having brewbuckets in a commercial restaurant next to commercial wine store would raise an eyebrow tho [emoji6].

I suspect that revenue don't care about the final use. Unless there's a specific rebate for you to claim on
