There is precious little info about it but they are using Grainnes photo so some of you at the ICBF might ask her if she knows anything

So any word on this? Im expecting Metalman and Dungarvan if nothing else.

I have heard a rumour that O'Haras got the gig this year so I guess it will be up to them. Last year it was run by Flash a local publican and it was a bit of a mish-mash of things - Beerfest Friday, Viking feast Saturday, something else Sunday.
This year it is being billed as an Artisan Beerfest with good food and music (and the music line-up is not bad), so I am expecting bigger things. I will send out some feelers to the local brewers later (left phone at home) and see what they have to say.

It's being organised by Porterhouse this year, we've been asked to supply beer along with (I believe) Metalman, White Gypsy and Carlow, broadly covering the south east region. License has been granted for it to run until midnight each night, and as Lugh said lots of good music etc.

Will run from 7pm Thursday and 12-12 Friday, Saturday, Sunday. 16 beers from the breweries mentioned above, including four on cask. Free entry until 7pm, then early bird price of €8 followed by €10 entry. Live music running all evening, headline act on Saturday night is Jerry Fish. Marquee capacity of 1500, further stage/performance area capacity of 900. Also artisan food area, and entry will be through the winning show garden from Bloom. Will also be serving cocktails made from Dingle gin and vodka, and soft drinks.

The website is a bit of a shambles with little info on any event. They are drip feeding info onto the page, it now says free before 7.30pm
