Just had a gander at the beer list as I was thinking of heading down later on: what the hell's going on?
Surely that can't be it?! Surely?!
Are they expecting people to pay a fiver to get into a tent to drink beer from plastic cups that can be found in any of the craft haunts around the city (probably for cheaper)?
Anyone know if any more beers will be there?

'ang on...Carlow have brewed a Double IPA? Ok, my initial indignation has subsided a bit...feck it, will have to go now!

Yeah, will go in for a look. How much was it for a pint last year? Can't remember, but if it is cheaper in the pub, that is where I will end up.

I think Metalman and 8 Degrees also have something special hidden up their sleeves- I'll report back after the launch event.

Think it was a fiver a pint last year, had a couple and then headed to the warmth of the pub...at least it's a nice day for it I guess!

Cheers Andrew, let us know if all the beers are on...I'm intrigued about this DIPA!

I see 8 degrees have a barrel ages stout. Other than that and the double IPA from Carlow, I don't see a huge amount to warrant the €5 entry fee.
