Alex Lawes will be commencing the brew for our special 'Big Smokey Heffer Beatyard Brew which will be unveiled on Friday 26th October in The Bernard Shaw. On the day Alex will be prepping the liquor, mashing the grains, boiling the wort, pitching the yeast, starting the fermentation process and letting the yeast do its job. "

Great to see brewing demo's going on, as it really takes the mystery out of it, and encourages someone who might be a bit reluctant, to push on with it. Free pizza is always good as well!
