After our excellent June meet up at the Franciscan Well hosted by Lee Valley Brewing Club (or was it the other way around? either way both of them were very accommodating. Thank you!) we return to the sunny South East for Julys meeting.

I will have a Belgian Porter made with a mix of Belgian Ale and Saison yeast,that is still young but will be a good reference point for a few months time when it has aged.

I'd trademark that! The yanks would love it, you're production is probably slightly lower than the abbey in Belgium too so it'll have that rarity factor.

I think I'll have to get a good bit more practice before i attempt the big Belgian!

Loads to learn - I'll reluctantly bring along my precariously titled 'Dull Ale' - maybe if ye drink everything else that's there first, it won't be so bad...y'know, numb the taste buds a bit!? I'm coming from New Ross - so will prob get the bus to Waterford boy...
