Can't make it unfortunately. A bit more notice would help, or any chance of making it a regular "first Tuesday of the month" thing so we might plan ahead? Thanks.

This is really just an informal "are you goin' for a pint" type thing, which can and does happen any time really.

But that's a good idea, maybe we should it formal and make the first Tuesday of the month the day.
