I really liked them. The first two were quite similar - though I preferred the first one I had. I felt it was quite subtle, bright and very drinkable. Would have been a perfect session beer for me.
The third beer had a distinct weisbeer quality which made it standout on its own as a completely different beer altogether. Its a great exercise in learning how much of a difference your selection of yeast makes to the final product. Very well done

Really interesting, just goes to show what a difference a yeast makes to the overall flavour. The 2nd (the Brit Ale) was my favourite.

The Fullers one was my least favourite.

I loved the coconut stout and also Strong like ox pale ale.

As sang by Shirley Bassee
What a difference a yeast makes,
In just 24 little hours,
What a difference a yeast makes,
Cause the difference is hughes.

I think I might do the same, it's very hard to keep track of all of the different beers.

I was a big fan of the 3 yeast experiment and might be tempted to do something similar myself sometime soon! And I really liked Shane's 90mins! But could never have the dedication for 90 separate additions! Unless I built some sort of timed conveyor belt...
