As the owner of the Step Inn, Stepaside, Dublin 18 and new sign up to site I would like to inform you of an event I am running tonight from 6pm to 8pm. I carry 2 draught lines from White Gypsy Brewery along with a small selection of bottled beers. Tonight I am launching a pilsner on draught and brewer Cuhainn is coming along to meet the many regulars who have converted to his amazing beers. On offer is a free beer upon arrival, free "beer inspired" finger food and a free special edition craft bottle to take home. Those having dinner can even enjoy a free beeramisu served in a mini beer jug. More info on <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="www.facebook.com/thestepinn">www.facebook.com/thestepinn or call 01 295 6202.
Cheers

Wow, The Step Inn, I haven't been for many years. Used to be a regular back in my young and carefree days. Sorry, I can't make tonight but I'll stop by soon.

Thanks Ashley for joining up and giving us the full story on this - sounds great. Unfortunately I'm off to the UK this afternoon so can't go but I've forwarded details to cousins who live nearby, sounds like a great night!

I actually had my communion meal in the Step Inn a million years ago!

That's great news, I'm only down the road in Goatstown. Will pop in soon!

I dropped in there for a nice lunch last week. It was my first time ever in the place.

Had a great chat to the barman and I was very happy and surprised to see some tasty Irish craft beers there as opposed to the tired, sad, narrow range found in most pubs.

I really liked the Weiss from White Gypsy.

I mentioned that I would normally drink Brew Dog's IPA and off he went into the back and came back with a bottle of it, cracked it open, poored me a glass and himself a glass to try. This was after he let me try 2 of the White Gypsy brews and the Smithwicks IPA!

I went back to sit down with my friends to order food and he brought over the bottle of IPA for me to finish!

Soundest barman in Ireland!! Friendly place with good food and good beers - as the governor of California might say ... "I'll be back"
