My inclination is to announce the results here as soon as possible and inform the winners straight away. There will then be a lag time between that and getting the trophies made (haven't looked for a supplier yet: suggestions welcome). When the trophies arrive to then make an appointment to meet the winners individually at their brewery or wherever suits them. This gives them the chance to arrange a photographer, or the local paper or whatever way they want to use the award for their own marketing.
