So what's the "right age group" then

Whatever it is; I suspect that I'm not in it!!

It's not going to put me off visiting the B&C though.

Currim is a tricky one for me... Some mouthfuls are nice while others make me want a different drink. That said, i've never really been a huge fan of Clear Wheat Beers

Sorry Dr John, i should'nt have said the age thing. Not very PC. What i meant to say was the type of music and atmosphere we want is the one that turns the wrong crowd away. All ages are welcome, so long as they bahave
Any way, spoke to dj re noise levels, and we will be looking at it closely over the coming weeks.

I like the idea of a regular meetup. Fridays usually suit better as I always tend to stay till too late in the B&C, and that's not a great thing to do on a school night I can always try to kerb my enthusiasm though and take it easier...

Agree about music levels. It's one of the MAJOR turn offs about the Parliament Street Porterhouse (especially when yer man on the guitar is belting out the same stuff every week), and one of the things I loved about the B&C, as it was very much a great pub for chatting. Having said that, if music is needed to keep my favourite watering hole ticking over, then play on!!!

I like Friday nights for the very same reason
